outlook - Microsoft Community


everything fine until tuesday kept getting message microsoft outlook not responding.  screen go white (a haze on whatever on screen).  triangle , message cannot open default email folders.  file c\users\ursula\documents\outlook files\outlook.pst cannot opened. not understand means.  whole program seems have disappeared have gone looking program.  can me, please.

your outlook mail program not working caused corrupted file. resolved concern kindly answer questions below:

  • which version of outlook using?
  • which version of windows have?

also can refer article: repair outlook data files (.pst , .ost) try , repair outlook mail application.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
