Problem Opening Some Encrypted Files - Microsoft Community


hi, trying open encrypted file.  i have been receiving these files several years, of sudden, hangs when trying open email.  it says "opening mail" , circle keeps going , not load.  i using online microsoft 365 , not have outlook.  i have not had problem before.  also, there people can open, there 3 people cannot open them from.  any suggestions?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
