Different UI for unread email - Microsoft Community


i have 2 mac running outlook 2016 (same version!). in 1 unread message appear font bold blue, in other 1 appear bold black , blue dot aside.

i cannot find settings permit swhitch , have same ui!

curious enough delete icon on toolbar different (one trash , other 1 x)

any idea?

can confirm different version. sorry mistake. updated release , have same ui.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
