Does anyone know why email theme changed itself and email signature - Microsoft Community

my email theme changed , email signature disappeared sudden on online email.

it happened colleagues well.

does know why happened??

if signature lost in owa, suggest create new 1 , monitor time see if lost again. normally, if using office 365 business exchange online services, signature won't disappear automatically , cannot set email theme in owa, allowed change portal theme in office 365.

if theme , signature disappeared automatically again, please capture snapshots of settings further troubleshooting.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
