MISSING SCANPST.EXE FILE - Microsoft Community


hello

i hope here can me.

my computer extremely slow today, pressed alt, ctrl, del , ended processes. unfortunately has resulted in outlook (2010) items in inbox being missing. though shows number of files in folder, doesn't appear in actual inbox. 

at stage wanted run repair tool couldn't find pst file pertaining specific mailbox, other mailboxes still visible. proceeded in deleting email address account settings, , setting scratch. seem getting emails in, can randomly reply emails comes errors, 1 of outlook.pst file has errors .

i tried finding scanpst.exe it's on pc, not when showing hidden folders. 

microsoft tech can't me don't have office 365 office 2010

does know how can recoup 16735 emails lost??? 

i desperate!

scanpst installed part of outlook 2010 installation, locations shown here (depends on win version, dont mention)

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
