Nothing goes to my Outlook junk folder - Microsoft Community


my office has business 2013 outlook version. small there no whiz here. periodically messages "your folder spam contains 1 new message." there brief summary of sender below message. body of message not make junk e-mail folder. nothing does, though junk e-mail options says no automatic filtering. in addition, don't have checked in window permanently delete suspected junk e-mail instead of moving e-mail folder. adding senders blocked spam filter to safe senders list want able check blocked emails. in advance, thanks.

sorry. found out problem spam filter of our internet provider. matter has been resolved.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
