Outlook Scrolling Weirdness - Microsoft Community


when have "show conversations" enabled , scroll bottom of inbox , click item, inbox scrolls few rows on it's own , have scroll down again select item near bottom of list.

how stop , not scroll when click item.

note, not double clicking or dragging, single click.

to achieve goal, need confirm following information:

1. version of outlook client.

2. did use exchange cache mode or online mode?

3. size of data files in mailbox.

4. hold ctrl button on keyboard while clicking r, type: outlook.exe /safe press “enter” run outlook in safe mode see whether works.

5. if convenient, please upload video showing how reproduce problem. send path , related credentials. since our private message cannot accessed time being , related teams fixing now. may access message later.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
