Outlook Send and recieve alert - Microsoft Community


dear   sir ,

               i take opportunity express our sincere gratitude making our business easier , apparently college having small issue outlook outlook working ,  he able send , receive emails unfortunately on outlook email  his  not getting alert @ button bar of outlook can please advice  him getting  .

take in consideration i've attached  screen shot outlook  as have no issues  with

in screenshot, can’t see error message or issue in outlook client. user can’t receive alert in outlook mac 2016, suggest check following settings on mac:
1. click on outlook menu-> preferences-> notifications , sounds. can set notifications , alert here when sending or receiving emails. article below describes setting:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
