Unable to download attachments from Outlook - Microsoft Community


every time try download attachment outlook email error "access denied". way me download attachments save file onedrive , download onedrive - inconvenience!

please help

we can see here having issues downloading email attachment. need additional information identify root cause of issue. kindly answer following questions:

  • where trying access email attachment? using outlook desktop app or outlook.com through web?
  • does issue occur when tried use other devices?
  • what type of attachments trying open?
  • did make recent changes on device before issue occur?
  • does the issue occur when try download attachment specific sender, or happens sends email attachment?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
