when first open outlook (mac 2016), of mail accounts , folders show in navigation pane. however, when click send & receive, 1 of accounts disappear navigation pane.
the mail accounts still listed under preferences>accounts, , when take away grouping option under preferences>general, accounts show in navigation pane; however, in setting account folders not show up.
i have checked imap folders , of folders want see clicked "subscribed."
i believe have resolved issue.
under preferences>accounts>setting>advanced>server, can select "sync imap folders ever __ minutes". in order syncing work correctly, must select option of accounts.
