for meantime, suggest run computer in safe mode networking check if same issue occur:
press windows logo key windows logo key + on keyboard open settings. if doesn't work, select start button in lower-left corner of screen, select settings.
select update & security> recovery.
under advanced startup, select restart now.
after pc restarts choose optionscreen, select troubleshoot > advanced options> startup settings> restart.
after pc restarts, you'll see list of options. select 4 or f4 start pc in safe mode. or if you'll need use internet, select 5 or f5 safe mode networking
