Government Community Cloud, Outlook caching requirments? - Microsoft Community


our organization migrating gcc.  i'm trying find information on outlook cached configuration requirements.  we have large number of pc's 128 gb ssd's , many of these multi user machines run space issues.  does participation on gcc require local caching of e-mail?  does work cache headers or must cached?

thanks clarification. use cached mode or online mode based on own requirements. cached mode, outlook doesn’t depend on continuous network connectivity access user information caching mailbox , oab (offline address book) locally. take space of disk. more information, can refer following article:

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
