when there multiple email account setup within outlook, how can meeting invite responses (accept, tentative, decline) set use email received invite?
explanation, setup, , workflow:
currently have number of emails setup in outlook, both personal , professional.
'bob @ somedomain.com' (default)
'bob @ someotherdomain.org'
'bob @ bobsdomain.com'
etc...
when receive meeting invite 'bob @ bobsdomain.com' , click of actions (accept, tentative, or decline), outlook replies invite request default email 'bob @ somedomain.com'. while can click "edit response before sending" , manually change default email email received invite, cumbersome. not requires additional time, when missed, leads both confusion on part of recipient , potentially unwanted release of private personal information - revealing default email.
when there multiple email account setup within outlook, how can meeting invite responses (accept, tentative, decline) set use email received invite?
thanks!
