the original question closest issue, adding thread.

we use o365 2016 and have 8 employees, want make contacts employees visible in company, via our laptops. offline version.?

is possible.

hi garth,

contacts shared others listed in separate folder means these contacts don’t belong users’ personal contacts or global address list. check names feature check in user’s personal contacts list or global address list. expected behavior check names feature not find names in shared contact folders.
in case, suggest let users copy contacts in shared contacts folder personal contact folders.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
