Missing Archive.pst after upgrading to MSO2016 - Microsoft Community


i upgraded mso 2007 mso 2016.  set outlook using hotmail.com email address , appeared have transferred, contacts, tasks, calendar.... however, when went thought in archived files, found nothing there.  in mso 2007, auto-archiving emails after 3 months , had several years worth of emails, tasks, calendar items, etc in archive.  searched drives *.pst files unable locate old version.

any thoughts? suggestions?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
