Need to Remove Negative Float - Microsoft Community


all,

i have task in ms project 2013 file has -254 days of float.  need remove if @ possible.

when tasks set "as possible" constraint, have approx. 250 days of positive float, update 2 tasks "start no later than," project displays -1 day of float first task , -254 days of float second task.  why happening?  set 10+ tasks with "start no earlier than" dates , did not have issue.

we need know more details surrounding tasks in order give answer.

first of all, why need set snlt constraint?

when talking "float" referring free slack, total slack or what?

are tasks auto-scheduled?

a screen shot helpful.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
