rules don't work in Outlook 2011 for mac - Microsoft Community

hi community,

i have several pop-accounts set in outlook (all same domain). strangely there 1 inbox these accounts. therefore (and other reasons) want move incoming messages automatically rules local folders each account.

but rules stopped working automatically. work if apply each 1 (not @ once) through context menu inbox-folder manually.

i have tried delete rules , set them again. deleted accounts , set them again. still no solution.

i tried move each rule top of rule's list - still not working

i understand root requirement separate emails different pop accounts in outlook 2011 mac. actually, can perform searches in inbox specific accounts , save searches smart folders. on, dynamically reflect e-mails sent these account , move specific emails specific smart folder. here thread , article reference:

if smart folders don’t work either, i’d collect information troubleshoot inbox rule issue:

 

1. the detailed version of outlook. this, navigate outlook > outlook.
2. how many rules did create?
3. when rule doesn’t work, mean emails still going inbox?
