sending a calendar invite automatically turns into an email - Microsoft Community


when sending outlook calendar invite require member's of meeting accept or decline meeting comes through on email email , not invite. not come thru calendar. email no ability accept or decline meeting.

hi,

to better understand concern calendar invites, we'd know following:

  • application used recipients of invite.
  • a screenshot of email received 1 of recipients on invite.

in meantime, can check link reference in creating calendar invite.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
