delivery failure message email cannot be deleted - Microsoft Community


one of user reported there delivery failure email cannot delete on iphone.

each time delete, system says "message cannot move trashed"

she tried 3-4 times on phone, keeps coming back.

she managed delete in outlook 2016, message remains in phone.

hi gvadmin,

may know how did set office 365 mailbox on iphone , desktop client, via exchange, pop or imap?

if have set office 365 account on multiple devices (e.g. iphone/tab/desktop) via exchange. please temporarily disconnect devices (e.g. mobile/desktop client) , try delete items via using outlook web app see whether problem still occurs.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
