i'm seasoned outlook client user , been able resolve issues, i'm stumped 1 - can please?
for year, on new computer, i've been using win 10, office/outlook 2016, imap email, , office 365 subscriber. (i changed old computer office/outlook 2007, pop3, in windows 7.) i've had issue months, don't recall when started. i've had 2 tech support calls microsoft (including remote access) neither techie able resolve it.
the problem: have hundreds of organized email folders , have tried "apply current view other email folders" or of them, not work on literally 99% of them. made spreadsheet of folders works on , not. works few folders, not sub-folders, or archive folders or other accounts. see "reset view" or "reset current view" always greyed out, suggests in default view. have used /cleanviews command line switch reset of them, not fix it. need sort of privilege status change behaviour? i'm hoping it's simple! if helps, seems folders works ones i've accessed more recently.

we know more concern regarding folders on outlook 2016 account. troubleshooting steps provided tech supports? have tried updating office 2016? have received error messages when clicking "apply current view other email folders"?
please keep posted assist further.
