Problems with adding a delegate for a shared email account - Microsoft Community


when add shared email account users outlook prompts auto discovery of server. have tried both accept , deny. niether works. can see email account web version not outlook app.

i ask information understand situation:

1. want understand on steps have done add shared email account in outlook client. can refer article.

2. please provide screenshot of auto discovery prompt.

3. have checked in web version, check access granted user (full access, send as, send on behalf)

4. provide email address. to protect privacy, can share in this private message link.
