project ms 13 - Microsoft Community


i'm working on project need 1 task split couple time other tasks happen on specific timings.

i know can manually split task fit need, i'm looking auto function.

---example---

long task: duration 4 days, start monday

short task 1: duration 1/2 day, start tuesday morning

short task 2: duration 1/2 day, start thursday morning

i should able long task automatically finish on end of day friday?

you can, assuming same resource assigned 3 tasks @ unit level of 1 (i.e. full time).

first go resource > level group > leveling options , set option, "leveling can create spits in remaining work". add priority field gantt chart view , set priority of both half day tasks 1000. level all. should result shown below.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
