Cannot change my profile picture in Outlook Mac 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have office 365 account , use outlook mac 2016 also.

changed profile picture in office 365 online. no problem there.

then wanted change picture in outlook mac same picture.

somehow don't manage make change work:

in "people" own card. there see old picture. click picture, change new one, click "done", cannot save change: "do want changes contact?", click "save", "contact not saved": 2 options: "profile folder" , "ok".

any ideas how solve this??

we cannot change office 365 profile picture in outlook mac. in people column, contact card gal (global address list) if own card , haven’t added personal contacts folder. cannot edit items in gal outlook mac.

 

however, if have changed profile picture in office 365 online, change should shown in outlook mac. may take time take effect. please let me know if issue persists long time. suggest involve colleagues , check if picture changed on side.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
