Create Outlook for Mac group contact list by importing from Excel - Microsoft Community


have list of 65 people's names , e-mail addresses in excel mac spreadsheet i'd import outlook mac group contact list.  any ideas on how can it?

it not feasible import contact list .csv file outlook mac straightly, there way around it. please refer following steps:

  1. download sample .csv file computer , edit input 65 user’s names , email addresses. after that, export .csv file.

  2. import .csv file system contact app (file > import).

  3. click file > export create .vcf file.

  4. drag , drop .vcf file address book want them imported in outlook mac client (under “my contacts”).

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
