i've been trying our support folks (who paid troubleshoot) me cannot understand problem.
we migrated 2016 office automatically. outlook client , outlook web application have same email structure, when upgrade happened have numerous lost file folders recovered, , 2 major folders work has been moved empty. not know if emails lost (i don't think so), search doesn't work @ all, , emails 2013 2016 it's not small task repopulate folders, , know nothing lost. important work / litigation files, wnat structure , emails way were.
i not have *.pst file recover why don't think lost---
i have ost file july (we migrated 2016 on november 21). have *nst file 12/28/2016.
any ideas if can use old ost file @ file structure prior upgrade , show technicians this?
any ideas?
i having trouble documents being read no matter how many times set option have files no that!
