can't access e-mail's or word processor , associated files. how to?

not versions of ms office include ms outlook, mail component

you dont mention version of win, of ms office, whether new pc or whether office functioned before event.............?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
