Outlook for Mac and Outlook for Win10 - Microsoft Community


i have outlook installed on win10 platforms: laptop, surface3, , winphone. have outlook installed on ipad , macbook air. problem calendar functionality. calendar events show on laptop, surface3, phone, , ipad. outlook mac shows no events @ all. devices registered same hotmail account. know how appointments show on mac?

since calendar events show on laptop, surface3, phone, , ipad, issue related outlook mac client.

 

i’d confirm following information narrow down issue:

 

  1. how hotmail account configured in outlook mac, via exchange, pop/imap? when configure hotmail account, make sure choose outlook.com.
  2. if have chosen outlook.com, please try removing , re-adding hotmail account see if works.
  3. the detailed version of outlook mac. (open outlook>click outlook in taskbar>about outlook)
