2017 mail disappeared from all folders - Microsoft Community

i using outlook.com manage comcast email set imap. comcast made changes mail program , mail sent through comcast shows in sent items. added connected comcast account use send. in process, did not things did decided start over. deleted both connected account , outlook account. added microsoft account , of folders there. problem there no 2017 mail in of folders. stop 2016 mail.
i checked settings , correct. download mail time selected.
how mail back?

sync issues comcast , outlook may have caused issue. kindly check comcast email inbox, emails may have been saved there. also, try setting imap connection between comcast , outlook again, might show emails again.
