i have old email archived outlook mac 2011 in "on computer" folders. they organized 2012 archive, 2013 archive, etc... i apply category on them , export them off of "on computer" folder. for reason, categories on these folders different ones in exchange server (which can edit). is there anyway synchronize them? or way edit ones in "on computer" folder?
it seems can apply categories in "on computer" emails in folder. i can't apply of categories in exchange server. this prevents me setting label email , exporting them off of "on computer" folders.
any on appreciated!

sorry mistake. can edit categories in exchange server. edit categories, you must have 1 exchange account selected. it’s not feasible edit categories in on computer. can assign existing categories.
