hi i have tried opening outlook 2016 mac on office 365 subscription morning , been prompted username , password, have duly entered, re-prompted ad infinitum. i have checked subscription, good i have reset office 365 password i can access without issues on phone , tablet , via online portal i have updated outlook , osx i have reinstalled office i have deleted , reconfigure office 365 account on outlook* nothing working. *when attempting reconfigure outlook account, message "authentication failed. check information , try again." i have fixed. required delete keychain on mac, follows: start app keychain access open preferences , select reset default keychain Office / Outlook / Mac / Office 365 for business
