hi, i have old email archived outlook mac 2011 in "on computer" folders.  they organized 2012 archive, 2013 archive, etc...  i apply category on them , export them off of "on computer" folder.  for reason, categories on these folders different ones in exchange server (which can edit).  is there anyway synchronize them?  or way edit ones in "on computer" folder?   it seems can apply categories in "on computer" emails in folder.  i can't apply of categories in exchange server.  this prevents me setting label email , exporting them off of "on computer" folders. any on appreciated! many in advance! george categories "on computer" categories on exchange hi george,   sorry mistake. can edit categories in exchange server. edit categories, you must have 1 exchange account selected. it’s not feasible edit categories in on computer....

hi, have office 2016 (version 15.32) installed on mac (sierra 10.12.4). issue like: support go inbox folder (or other folder) , setting arrange item data received (or other sort criteria), sorts items accordingly, go other folder , came inbox again, default arrange format gets changed again. not restricted inbox, happening folders. and same thing happens reading pane also: when setting reading pane below , go other folder , came again, reading pane goes right side again. in short not able set "arrange by" & "reading pane" default view in outlook. i have office365 account configured. please help. hi aksntg,   please try remove plist files contain “com.microsoft.outlook.plist” in username/library/containers/com.microsoft.outlook/data/library/preferences based on steps in above post see if issue can resolved. about plist files contain “com.microsoft.outlook.plist”, example, ...

we have 2 domains in our office 365 tenant can send/receive messages. students on 1 domain , staff on another. when users on both domains send messages each other using office 365 portal, "originating ip address" shown in message header comes 1 of microsoft ip address, not actual ip address of network users send messages. originating ip comes either 132.245.29.xx or 25.160.91.xx. makes impossible track source/location of messages when comes investigation. it did work correctly year ago, not now. can please take @ this? thanks! ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category *** hi danny, we suggest repost question technet forum further assistance. regards.
