i bought new computer , installed microsoft 10.  bottom line junkmail not filter on setting.  history worked fine when first installed microsoft 10 , had junkmail filtering set to highest setting.  after few short weeks stopped filtering completely.  worked many hours microsoft tech support resolve issue, including skilled supervisor tech support.  following fixes attempted: remotely allowing tech support run restore/repair program , make other various settings adjustments.  receive @ least ten spam emails per day.  if don't check computer daily manually remove them have annoying mess in inbox.  can done?  aside, media player opens on own shortly after booting-up.  please advise. ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.*** hi, we know email application using. if you're using outlook, version? also, did make changes email settings before issue...
