running office 365 via outlook on macbook pro , run updates associated office.  currently, can stay logged account when try access mail through outlook on desktop or online. keeps asking me re-enter password hi dhudie, isolate whether issue related account’s password since persists both client (outlook mac) , online ( outlook web app ), recommend change password account , re-sign see if helps. changing office 365 account’s password should performed admin. can contact admin if not admin. if issue persists, i’d collect account’s email address further checking. protecting privacy, can provide in private message . and, after re-enter password, can log it? regards, alan Office / Outlook / Mac / Office 365 for business
