full disclosure: i'm not system admin site, don't have admin access, we're trying nail down strange bug. , since i'm coder (not @ work), i've taken interest in issue, because it's pretty weird, , curiosity-worthy. here's scenario: i'll typing case summary, or typing in notes time entry. crm configured autosave every 3 minutes, understand it, , should never autosave while you're typing. however, 10 seconds typing in field when autosave kick in. typically i'm in "case summary" field. once autosave complete, form field focus changes "subject" field of case, interrupting typing, , typing cause subject field combo box drop down , try find starts letters i'm typing. have stop, click case summary box, finish typing. infuriating ; )   this somehow happens when typing time entry (the "popup" thing slides down top when add new time entry?), , set focus behind "popup", in su...
