i have outlook mac set on desktop , laptop, work email set on both imap. on imac, fine. however, on macbook, have duplicate mail folder customer. here's example of i'm seeing: customers aaron jones bob jones bob jones charlie jones so there 2 bob's, 1 of them actual mail folder. other phantom -- it's showing on folder list, attempting folder results in error, , right-click options grayed out. outlook won't let me delete, move, or rename phantom folder. it's sitting there, taunting me. i can rename real folder, i've done (bob jones - real). doesn't change fact there's still phantom mail folder can't rid of on macbook. i looked on mail server , errant mail folder not exist server-side. strictly client-side/outlook bug. i'm guessing outlook has sort of local cache of folder names server, there doesn't seem way refresh it. help? hi sylinx,   for...

hi, i have outlook v15 (office 365) on mac (macos 10.12.5) connected our enterprise exchange server.  i have apple calendar.app connected our exchange server, because use see work + personal stuff (since can't add icloud calendar outlook... own annoyance). my outlook calendar works perfectly, i'm seeing duplicate entries in calendar.app recurring events when single instance changed.  in outlook, entries correct , show recent change; in calendar.app, see original meeting series, plus new moved single event.  if delete original out-of-date event, both original , new, changed event disappear.  (also if delete new date event, both new , original disappear.) this happens frequently... community forums have lots of similar older syncing/duplicate issues, not 1 specifically. i discovered can temporarily fix issue if delete exchange account inside os x calendar.app, set again--likely because it's getting full, new set of calendar e...
