so friend of mine got spam email forced safe sender list. when message pops that, had weird error symbols in it. told them delete message , run full scan norton. afterwards checked outlook account , emails have same weird symbols in subject line. here's image of subject line. edit: here's image of original error message. hi justin, weird symbols show in subject line, recommended download , install configuration analyzer tool (offcat) , developed microsoft support teams. once tool installed, can run @ time scan hundreds of known issues in office programs. let know how goes.
