my wife uses mix post lectures university classes, trying log in , being rejected. mixes still there because courses continue work, cannot in update or add mixes.  since university 'has not set account password reset', not allow change it, offers contact administrator password reset. in effect, using work email personal account mix, appears locked out. how account? if link not allow actions on account or it’s saying account not exist, suggest informs work’s administrator have things sorted out. issue might on sign-in credentials associated work, , not microsoft sign-in.   feel free give feedback on issue.
