i have been using kies3, smart switch, sync outlook native contacts , calendar folders on galaxy s3, s5 , s7.   i have synced them once or twice day every day since kies3 came out.   about 3 weeks ago, smart switch stopped syncing calendar.   it crashes on phone.   outlook (2017) on computer (running windows 10) fine; phone after clear error.   i have been talking samsung virtually every day--one 3 hours each day--since march 23 issue.   i may have spoken twenty different people in numerous departments.   i have talked google issue; using samsung’s calendar.   at multiple times, samsung technicians have taken control of phone, computer, , have generated log files , sent them various people.   they friendly, getting nowhere.   i can close smart switch people; gate keepers not let me talk them.   i have reached point exploring alternative solutions, 1 of switch outlook on phone email , calendar.    this not perfect solution. have phone calendar widge

i've had consistent issue outlook 2016 , searching emails. i'm using office 365 business premium. problem when enter search query (for know should produce lot of results), results come limited 1000 exactly. far have tried following: - set account in outlook 2016 on several computers. no change. - options -> search -> "improve search speed limiting number of results shown" not checked - delete microsoft outlook indexing options, restart computer, re-add it - delete , rebuild c:\programdata\microsoft index the account in cached mode, meaning messages downloaded exchange server. when scroll down far enough, can see messages search did not show. finally, loaded account in outlook 2016 on mac. search worked correctly here. same search query produced on 16,000 results, expectation. this appears consistently not work on outlook 2016 windows 8/8.1/10. am i missing anything? how can fix this? thanks in advance!

hello everyone, i had posted in previous thread advised split out outlook question i'm encountering 2 separate problems.  hope can help. at work, on-prem our email , had single sign on. in april, migrated on o365.  once happened: on desktop: emails arrived in inbox, hear alert, see preview see in inbox , not.  hitting send/receive nothing.  i have browse away inbox (to folder or calendar) browse , new emails show up.  it's intermittent can't reproduce it.  *grrr* my desktop windows 7 enterprise, sp 1.  when problem started, on windows 2013 on desktop. on laptop #2: the "invisible" emails occur on laptop well.  again, intermittent. my laptop windows 10 , windows 2016 (not click run) in may, upgraded office 2016 (not click run) on desktop. it made no difference issues described above. no solutions attempted since can't reliably reproduce problem.  please , thank you!

have spent of last day trying microsoft sort - wanted keep old email in outlook , add new email in there too.  first tech lost 1'000's of emails - luckily latter tech support found them , got them on.  later discovered contacts , calenders missing - hours later got , running again.  went on emails today - find no emails being received in main outlook account since 3 pm yesterday, more hours support dumped me isp server settings?  yesterday morning - why oh why did trust microsoft - nightmare , left it! you need state type of mail accounts had/have, pop, imap, outlook.com or if add new mail meant new mail account, within ol, file>account settings>email tab...........new Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 Home

with office 2013, able have delegates set receive emails in personal inbox on behalf of shared inbox. reason setup have 7 different conference rooms set own calendar/mailbox , don't want have open , monitored in outlook. when makes request , invites shared mailbox, automatically reserves time on calendar , delegates receive email on behalf of said shared mailbox requiring them accept/deny request. no longer able people set in same manner have switched office 2016.  users set prior switch office 2016 still have access, new users have add mailboxes , when email request comes in, not prompted accept/deny delegates are. have right-click on email , choose action take.  is there way these accesses in place? hello, we know more concern regarding options available when receive calendar event. options you're seeing once receive event email? kindly provide screenshot further isolate concern. note: kindly
