i running os x el capitan, 10.11.6. i on office 2011, 14.5.6.  my outlook 14.7.1 my microsoft outlook account used work fine until 2 days ago. (01/05/17).   now, when open microsoft outlook account, not connect office365 server.  instead following message:   sorry can't make update because there problems account. fix account, try signing in again . this message comes repeatedly; on , over.  even though type in correct password.  i tried re-booting; tried changing password.   (when type in incorrect password microsoft outlook error message read:  "authentication failed.... incorrect password, etc.)  so know not password issue; reading correct password.  most interesting;   sporadically able connect , use microsoft outlook.  what mean this morning, connection service fine; there no error message. , outlook worked fine.  but several hours since then, continual errors messages.  same thing yesterday, few intermittent  times work.

dear community i have windows 8. pro office 2013 , want move contacts outlook 2016 on windows 7pro (before going windows 10 @ later stage office 365).  issue: cannot seem able export contacts anymore. before start let me preempt contacts quite developed (i input , have many categories each vcard) 1) export via csv not in full. when open csv file can see missing many fields. tried map every field doesn't change results. fields missing addresses in details, notes, birthdays etc. looks exporting "people" basics.   2) export via pst file says unknown error any experience on appreciated. absolutely need transfer data quickly thanks ps: small question: need recreate categories before import 2016 version or come naturally export files? cannot seem find answer on support site run scanpst repair tool, if finds/fixes error run again/again until finds no more fix https://www.howto-outlook.c

i have been continuing work on powerpoint presentations church's contemporary service.   have been creating song powerpoint presentations on powerpoint mac 2011.  (previously, had been creating them on powerpoint 2003 on windows computer, found there many display issues that, created new powerpoint presentations on mac, powerpoint 2003 out of mix.) i have been using arial font new presentations.  because need check each presentation computer used on sunday mornings, save folder powerpoint presentations saved on mac thumb drive, , open them on computer used on sunday mornings.  check presentations on computer can see how projected on big screen.  if need change font colors, that.   if there changes need made, save on thumb drive, , mac. the laptop used on sunday mornings runs on windows 8, , uses powerpoint 2007.  a couple weeks ago, went through powerpoint files had done , found text on screen looked best if had black shadowing effect

i using microsoft office 2016 windows 10 (64 bit), earlier have updated office. facing problem powerpoint, after opening file powerpoint while click file option it's showing message (windows error reporting stopped working) , closed program. others office program working fine. have tried launching powerpoint in safe mode , disabling add ins no result. try office repair: in windows, right-click on start button , choose control panel . select programs , programs , features. right-click on microsoft office 2016 , choose change . if there 2 repair options, select online repair , click on repair button. if there 1 repair option, select , click on continue . allow process complete, restart computer, see if still error powerpoint.
