hi o365 support i have o365 exchange online p2 mail account 14gb of data in migrated imap recently. it has quite few folders , sub folders. in webmail can see mail items , folders. in outlook 2016 windows let it synchronise , folders, sub folders show correctly once choose "keep mail offline" however, when add account outlook 2016 mac (note: first time outlook has been used on pc , has latest outlook updates of yesterday), half folders , sub folders showing. in webmail, i moved items folder to the default "sent items" folder, refuses sync on mac outlook (but  windows outlook synced ok). i cleared folder cache made no difference, outlook says "all folders date". checked the sync errors tool reports no issues. tried creating new folder in webmail , syncs ok. i wonder how can fix sync issue? there's wrong outlook 2016 mac large mailboxes? kind regards jimmy hello

dear friends hello have been using oe since 2001. switched windows mail (wm) , windows live mail (wlm) later on, microsoft makes me increasingly disappointed introduce newer versions.  have switched outlook 2016, not support obvious features of wlm. why that? can give me guide or solution? these problems outlook 2016. few of them exist in wlm too, other ones don't exist in wlm: 1- first letter navigation: in oe, press first letter of each folder jump folders, in wlm , outlook 2016, first letter navigation gone. blind , use keyboard navigate through folders screen reader (jaws), hard indeed navigate many folders when there no first-letter navigation. 2- import/export accounts: in wlm , oe, import , export email accounts using imf files, outlook 2016 not allow import/export of accounts. have setup each pc separately. disappointing. 3- not importing wlm: outlook 2016 not able import contacts of wlm automatically. if export csv file wlm, outloo

want thank microsoft (for change!) upgrading outlook.com accounts. dead scared 'reconnect' win 10 outlook 2016 , kept putting off until after christmas when knew have time deal , fallout it. when did delighted see not long-awaited issue not being able use contact groups sorted, many other features came life! contact groups sync across platforms, as do categories. repeating tasks , appointments working once again. have in-cell editing , completion of tasks, colour , other formatting works in tasks , other items. had re-write number of custom views got lost in re-connection, after hour or so of 'tweaking' had them original settings , got sync'd other devices (8.1 rt tablet outlook 2013 , phone), unexpected! done ms - i've waited 2 years since having outlook.com account use these features once again, it's been worth wait! recommend re-connect without hesitation - leave time change settings defaults again. best note them down before

how turn off annoying sounds when send message or create new email in office 365/2016 outlook? happens when switch folders. experienced these sound effects must have been added in june 2017 update of office 365. i went excel , turned off sounds through file / options / ease of access- uncheck provide feedback sound. that in turn removed outlook noise! hello, yesterday deployed freshly imaged computer employee in our hr team had been having issues outlook shared calendars. there other issues computer prompted me suspect computer needs replaced anyways hoping shared calendar problems alleviated well. so set office 365 , test out calendars , notice 1 of 15 or shared calendars manges not synchronizing. follow instructions find here  and disable "download shared folders" , reboot outlook. when check calendar find there no longer events shown anywhere. re-enable "download shared folders" , restart , events still fail return. waited whole hour see if come out , did not. removed , rebuilt outlook profile , still not show calendar events shown here: the send/receive bar @ bottom goes away after while , hours later still blank shown. recommendations on can done fix this? thanks. hi javier.fonseca, to troubleshoot issue, suggest follow me
