Cannot expand the folder in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have added new account outlook 2016, when try expand folder see inbox, receive , error says cannot expand folder.

  • what email server type set on email accounts? pop3, imap or exchange?
  • does issue occur on other user's folder?
  • how did add 2 account on outlook 2016?

kindly provide screenshot of error message better isolate issue.
