hi everyone!  my office uses lync keeping track of employees, have have program open day.  additionally, have respond ims our supervisors within specified amount of time.  due this, many of set lync have loud audible ding in order ensure don't miss messages.  this causes problem however, when have coworkers want im many times throughout day.  we can't block them, if trying focus on researching something, have constant dings day.  is there way have different notification settings different groups within lync?  thanks. hello, we use office 365 outlook 2016 desktop client.  we have specific email account needs hidden global address list, owner of account has 3 delegates need able open/edit contacts , calendar entries.  when mailbox hidden not possible search mailbox add delegates outlook 2016 client.  the way works if unhide mailbox, make necessary changes permission changes , add unhidden mailbox each of delegates, re-hide mailbox, , hope none of delegates uncheck manager's calendar.  otherwise have repeat steps. the mailbox hidden member of our management team internal use , requirement mailbox hidden non-negotiable.  surely there must simple workaround this.  i have found references stating use legacyexchangedn attribute access hidden calendar , contacts, not have entries in field because these boxes created way after migrated exchange cloud. these delegates change based on availability , long drawn out process change them currently.  in ideal world mai

hi there, can tell me how outlook 365 mac highlight collapsed folder, when 1 of subfolders has new mail has been put subfolder due rule moving mail subfolder. for example, in grab below, have collapsed folder inactive clients. inside collapsed folder several subfolders named after client companies. have rules set mail received these clients gets moved clients folder.  at moment when new mail comes in , goes inactive client folder, there no way tell mail has arrived.  what have a. inactive folder highlighted in bold show subfolder has new mail. this used standard outlook 2010 mac, seems have gone 365. does know how back? hi ratso001,   thanks making such detailed description. have described expected behavior in outlook 2016 mac. if new email comes in subfolder highlight, the "master" folder not highlight there unread email inside. to check unread emails, need expand subfolders.

hello everyone, for longest time, have set scheduling calendar shared between 6 people. trying set each of 7 techs have color code instead of hunting names, colors. supervisor had declined saying there no point. there names on scheduling calendar anyways. i set locally, when ever sets schedule, when tech invited schedule, conditional formatting recognize first person (so if there 2 first person) invited schedule.  recently, boss thought... color coding sounds idea... , decided color categorize 2 special projects different colors. since categories instead of color scheming, took place master category , supersedes conditional formatting.  he's being stubborn , not want change ways need able set rule ignore categories , continue invite conditional formatting locally only. can me how this? please? thank in advance. hi ej, it seems question more complex asked in microsoft community. best in t

i working on presentation needs converted video using mix. there external videos need added presentation. videos shot in portrait mode , remains in portrait mode on windows media player. when insert video slide, powerpoint flips video landscape. able rotate , resize video. issue i'm facing that, when try export presentation video message saying ' well, that's interesting perspective. video on slide has been rotated. not support rotation of media. please straighten video continue.' unable proceed further. how solve issue?please let me know if there workaround issue. hi navya,   can check if have latest update office application? check, go file > accounts > update now. provide current version of powerpoint application.   to better understand problem, suggest provide screenshot of issue, steps did on how encounter it. include error message encounter when exporting presentation video.  

hello, since can't sign-in powerapp community ask question (sign-in error message), , i'd advance on project, thought i'd ask here. i'm new powerapps, figured out how add connection power bi in order access data.  after adding connection, when return main panel create new app, window opens giving opportunity connect data.  however, on page don't see power bi connection (nor option add new power bi connection).  for now, i'm going try option, i'd solve issue because i'll using power bi service (web) , powerapps web well, woudl nice connect power bi datasets. thanks help! jl hi jl, powerapps currently supports information power bi alerts , available function described in powerapps documentation - power bi. regard last suggestion, suggest go submit feedback on powerapps ideas which best way influence our products. regards, william
