i making musical powerpoint presentation , have included audio files in slides. cannot control how , when file plays. able start audio file, pause it, , stop it. can move on audio file.  i use able in office 2010, feature seems missing in office 365.  i can hover on audio icon when creating slide , controls starting, pausing , stopping show up. when start slideshow, these controls no longer available. able play portion of 1 file , move on example - , same thing.  seems pretty basic thing - able control audio playback in presentation.  help. please. thanks.  i don't think advice anna lot. try: 1. in slide show tab make sure "show media controls" ticked 2. in show hover mouse on speaker icon. this not work if play sounds spanning several slides. we use "add room" button in mtg requests assign conf room mtg. of our o365 conference rooms (when free) accept mtg, while other rooms reply "tentative" , never accept request. we have checked setup rooms or don't , seem identical. in attached screenshot, you'll see blue rooms tentative reserved mtgs, , green ones have auto-accepted request.  what info can provide investigate issue? in advance help!  screenshot link  i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there. hi, in company switched office365 2 years ago. our office manager has secondary calendar in puts requested holidays , stuff. in order calendar show on outlook mac, office manager shared primary calendar well. result, calendar app apple showed shared calendars, didn't want removed them there. ever since removing calendars apple calendar app, can't access secondary shared calendar anywhere, including office365 in web browser. office manager has removed , re-added me calendar, can't calendar view again. have suggestions on how solve issue? @ point i'd happy having open browser view calendar, no need see in outlook app (although great well). hi johanneke, please try using powershell assign full access permission of secondary calendar you: 1.     connect exchange online powershell . 2.    run command: get-mailboxfolderpermission -identity *** email address removed privacy ***:\secondarycalendar

i trying send bulk emails mail merge done in ms word 2007 using excel 2007 file containing relevant merge fields. mail merge files of 10 records or less sent outlook 2007 recipients, merge file more 10 records either none, 2 or 3 emails sent only. my service provider insistent these emails not appear in server logs , can find no other trace of them on server saying issue outlook. i not exceeding bandwidth, space or email quota. when @ service provider email trace can see few seem successful, there no bounced emails or warnings on trace. help! hello, to better assist you, kindly provide screenshot of issue dealing with. we forward earliest response.
