there seems curious bug in office products. when complex font used in email or word document not exist on pc displayed font seems default font near top of list of installed fonts, alphabetically (in case angsana new, though have agencyfb , algerian above this). angsana new tiny, obscure font difficult read 'foreign' characters thai or hebrew. it's kind of squashed version of times. this means if send email not have font selected text, can't read (foreign) text. have same problem receiving foreign texts , have manually edit email or document received , change different font each time. isn't straight forward, when need change font 'foreign' text , not latin-based texts, otherwise layout altered. so how set office (or windows in general) default font of choosing (for complex fonts, think)? i've tried set default font in office options (customize stationery & fonts) doesn't seem have effect. a related quest

hello, i have created newsletter using microsoft publisher 2013 , has 4 pages. i able convert pdf(with 4pages 1 single pdf). how possible convert .pub file html(single file pages) without losing images , text formats etc. i have lot of embedded images same. little bit guidance helpful. thanks! renu if want pages combined 1 file have combine 4 pages 1 before convert html. if file > export > publish html first option give index.htm or home page plus index_files folder contain other 3 pages plus supporting graphics. have link pages before convert html , upload multiple files. you have option of file > export > publish html , second option convert mhtml file single file images embedded. again have 4 pages or 4 mhtml files unless combine 4 pages before convert them. web functionality pretty stripped from publisher of pub 2010 can file > save , choose 'web page filter

hello i upgraded entourage 2008 outlook 2011.  imported fine , seemed working great till started receive new mail.  timestamps new emails time outlook downloads them - not day/time sent. i know can fix if switch "date sent" in column.  problem sort emails "categories" can see what's work or personal or other categories i've sent incoming mail. i prefer view panel on right instead of below.  when switch below - allows me add column can sort both date sent , category.  if view right - doesn't allow me add columns. so question - there way stop making outlook not show actual day/time email sent without having switch panel view and/or there way add column when have panel view right instead of below? this wasn't problem on entourage 2004 or 2008 , i'm not clear why outlook 2011 changed this. thank you!! hi kdn76,   entourage 2008 , outlook 2011 mac totally 2 diffe

i have office 365 account , use outlook mac 2016 also. changed profile picture in office 365 online. no problem there. then wanted change picture in outlook mac same picture. somehow don't manage make change work: in "people" own card. there see old picture. click picture, change new one, click "done", cannot save change: "do want changes contact?", click "save", "contact not saved": 2 options: "profile folder" , "ok". any ideas how solve this?? thanks hi hans,   we cannot change office 365 profile picture in outlook mac. in people column, contact card gal (global address list) if own card , haven’t added personal contacts folder. cannot edit items in gal outlook mac.   however, if have changed profile picture in office 365 online, change should shown in outlook mac. may take time take effect. please let me know if issue
