recently started having issues weird symbols appearing ahead of phone numbers in emails , meeting invitations created using o365 business installed on our desktops (the symbols broken image links there no images in email/invites - see example below) can tell me why these appearing , how can stop happening?  don't appear until send email or meeting invite , visible more 1 o365 user.  our users have o365 installed on pcs running windows 7, windows 8 , windows 10.  using recent version of o365 business premium updates current. there no photo included in text , it's happening in both incoming email , incoming outlook meeting invitations.  looks fine when hit send, when recipient receives it, weird symbols appear everywhere there phone number.  can't figure out causing it.  @ first thought might caused because copying/pasting text outlook meeting invitation, happens when create invitation scratch, typing information invite well.

good day all i'm trying drop load of photos portrait orientation powerpoint, goal of them being printed 2 (landscape orientation)photos  per page, 1 above other, on portrait orientation a4 pages, appending report. now, understand how insert multiple photos powerpoint, using photo album icon on insert tab. i understand how rotate slides portrait orientation, using design tab choosing slide size > custom slide size options choose portrait. however, if slides set portrait first, revert landscape once album inserted. not problem itself, slides can set portrait orientation afterwards. problem in doing so, pages appear large white expanses @ top , bottom, 2 small pictures side side across centre. ideally, want insert photos appear 2 per page, large photos (approx. half page) appearing 1 above other. turns out happens when onedrive syncing outlook.pst file.  this happens while outlook open, , try @ new email.  apparently, onedrive can take on outlook.pst file while in use outlook!  the way able use outlook when happens pause onedrive sync. there apparently no way schedule onedrive sync during midnight hours, , if try remove file onedrive sync list, warning whole file deleted!   this apparently happening because outlook installed files in onedrive documents folder. is there solution this? the use of pst data file not supported on network/cloud location, pst needs located on local pc drive. on first installation/setup of ms outlook using pst data files, located on local drive, not onedrive you need shutdown ms outlook, pause syncing, move pst data file local pc \mydocuments\ms outlook files\, when restart ms outlook complain cannot locate data file, use browse option locate , select data file.

i've been getting numerous spam emails in spam filter address ends @outlook.com.  has sort ruse. don't see how can legitimate email outlook. can please confirm suspicions can block address. hello, depending on protection level set junk email filter, legitimate email messages might moved junk e-mail folder. should periodically review messages in junk e-mail folder not missing messages want see: in mail , in navigation pane, click junk e-mail folder. click message don't want marked junk, on home tab, in delete group, click junk , , click not junk . to delete of messages in junk e-mail folder , move them deleted items folder, in folder list , right-click junk e-mail folder, , click empty folder . note : may mark 1 message not junk @ time. prevent unwanted messages accidentally being restored. if have further questions, feel free ask us. regards. this subscription product "microsoft office 365 proplus" version 1706 (build 8229.2073 click-to-run) first release current channel (office insider slow). i setting new surface pro (2017) , applied windows updates, installed office 365 account , applied updates.  when went customize quick access ribbon add "message options" command (which opens dialog box , allows see message's internet headers) command (along many others) not available in "all commands" list.  know else running exact same build version, , appear in list.  on older machine (slightly different build) appears above "message preview". my friend thinks have buggy install, hate delete , try again since getting set correctly.  there other way fix this?  or have other info on why many commands (not message options) missing below list? here screenshot of relevant section of "all commands" list new install on surface pro 2017:
