one of departments in our company busy splitting out of company , becoming own entity. during transition phase in department has 2 office364 accounts, 1 company 1 , other company 2. have 2 calendars each. problem when people in company 1 want schedule meetings have no visibility of meetings scheduled on company 2 account causes problems.  sharing our calendar 2 @ company 1 not option because when invite meetings use company 1 address only. trying find way meetings scheduled on company 2 account automatically copied company 1 account (or other way around) both our calendars have exact same entries. is there way can automatically done without manually dragging , dropping meetings between calendars? have tried creating rule forward meeting invitations? i have checked on line solution , seen @ times greyed out, under 'object' conditions only.  in case group remains 'greyed out' , non functional in instances should function.  have tested using basic of objects , can not group group function button continuously remains 'greyed' , non-functional.  beginning think there error in pp program itself. has else experienced same power point 2016? is fault within program? how can fixed? erik let's make sure mean "most basic of objects" , powerpoint's idea of same thing match up.  as test, start new presentation, doesn't matter template choose.  first slide title slide.  delete on it, insert couple of new shapes, rectangles or circles, example. now select both shapes , see if group available (ie, right-click selected shapes , choose group pop-up menu). i switched outlook 2013 (15.0.4903.1000) mso (15.0.4903.1000) 32-bit  microsoft office 365 proplus.  experiencing following issue my calendar entries in to-do view: 1)  when start outlook, can see upcoming appoints in calendar section of to-do bar. 2)  go calendar view entries on different day, clicking on days other today. 3)  go mail view. 4)  entries showed today in the to-do view are missing , see message "you have nothing else scheduled today." 5)  have found if go view tab , select to-do bar dropdown and click off option, re-select calendar option, appointments today reappear 6)  takes few tries, clicking or toggling the off , calendar options before reappear. is there fix behavior?  frustrating have these appointments disappear view. hi juan,   outlook 2013 has been out of support boundary in our forum since feb 28, 2017. suggest upgrade outlook 2016 , check if works. can uninstall ex

hi everyone, we having bit of headache @ moment, though not big of one. we full on o365 , use skype pstn, e3 , e5 licenses, online exchange, etc. well couple of our users have reached 50gb maximum inbox.  so i've enabled in-place archiving them , has propagated on outlook/web outlook. but here's question, best, efficient way go archiving users older emails?  through web outlook nightmare , not designed moving mass amounts of emails. i'm downloading 50gb worth of email on computer can archive them. surely there's better way go this. again, best practice admins backup user emails? *crickets chirp* :) if out, that'd great. thanks Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 2016
