i have multiple pop accounts in outlook 2007.  on of accounts i've noticed lately attachments not show in message bar.  however, if right click on message , choose "view attachments", can see attachments.  messages, show 1 attachment, not all, in message bar.  thus, if there 5 attachments, 1 shows on message bar, other 5 can seen right clicking on message , choosing view attachments. the happens both incoming , outgoing message , different pop accounts.  in fact, 2 accounts have seen both use different data files inboxes.  so far, happening html formatted messages (i don't send or receive lot of plain text).    Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 2007

hi all, i have thought simple situation....i have 5 bullet points on slide, , want make them appear audience suggests them. have them in separate text boxes, , set them "fade in" animations, set trigger using "start effect on click of" text box itself. first 1 working. other 4 not trigger, , not appear. what doing wrong? if trigger text box, text box invisible (because animation hasn't run yet), animation won't fire. create always-visible shape beside each text box , trigger animation that. our company migrated on o365 , our users using outlook 2016 64 bit.  ever since change our gp dynamics 2013 software not allow them log in exchange when trying email po.  we know has 32 vs 64 bit 1 of our users has outlook 2016 32 bit version , has no issues.  so far thing have found setting "exchange" mail type in system preferences of gp.  however, didn't fix our issue.  just wondering if else has run issue?  right looks have switch using 32 bit outlook. thanks, jason hi jason, we appreciate time in bringing concern our attention. based on post, appears matter best handled our technet team. suggest let them know issue needs level of support , expertise. may keep in touch them through link . thank you. i using outlook 2016 , windows 10 on acer laptop. because of overall internet speed issues leaving isp , isp's email service, hence move gmail. when compose message in outlook , use gmail server message comes server error address cannot found. if resend same message via old isp's server delivered exact same addresses. i cannot find reason conflict between outlook , gmail in other respects 2 working well. gmail inbox works in outlook. i had earlier advice g suite forum when setting outlook 2016 use gmail make these settings: imap incoming: imap.gmail.com. -----port 993 ----ssl outgoing: smtp.gmail.com  -----port 465 ----ssl  requires authentification. if compile message in outlook , send via smtp.optusnet.com.au there no problem. hi after latest updates of windows 10 , office 2016 outlook stared act strange when changing displays. here setup: have laptop 1920x1080 screen , 4k monitor 3840x2160 resolution. use 100% dpi when i'm using laptop screen , 150% dpi monitor. here issue: when logon on laptop (without display attached) working ok, @ moment attach external display , move outlook window external display outlook interface shifts , impossibe work. if disconnect external display - outlook looks ok again. if logout/login on external display - outlook ok (with 150% dpi) after disconnect display - laptop screen - result same. so every time when change displays need logoff/logon fix outlook. outlook/office version: 1703 (7967.2139) 64bit windows 10 version: 1703 (build 15063.250) 64bit there no "override high dpi scaling behavior" checkbox outlook.exe cannot test it. does face such issue? idea how fix it? regards, stoian mishev

hi everyone, i use calendar. in our company incoming emails addressed our info address being forwarded 2 other inboxes. use booking platform , tried syncing events calendars of info email. happened events invitations forwarded 2 other inboxes flooding calendar - there several hundreds events. tried deleting events realise need choose whether want send or don't send cancellation. 2 persons receiving event invitations of course not happy because calendars no longer usable because flooded our trips, synced our booking system. is there such thing batch delete , send cancellation? our colleagues calendar cleared these events after recieve cancellation or there further actions required on side? hi aljazd,   many quick reply. monique suggests use shared mailbox avoid calendar events full of colleagues’ calendars. since not use feature, can ignore this.   if colleagues configured email mailboxes on outlook c
