i use outlook 2016 office 365 account.  i manage company professional installations.  i use secondary calendar created called installation calendar.  i trying figure out if possible or how go using different email address calendar primary one.  i people able send invitations installation calendar via email address,  currently, when sends invitation, goes primary email address, invitation gets added personal calendar.  i have copy on installation calendar or create whole new invitation appears on installation calendar.  some appointments have been missed because didn't realize on wrong calendar.   we have several company emails, 1 can use calendar.  how add email address installation calendar? when invitations sent comes email address , when people want add calendar, use email address well?  thank you!! ***post moved moderator appropriate forum category.*** the feature looking not yet available , rea

hi guys, last weekend (25th june) did feature upgrade on windows 10 pro laptop , since cannot download e-mail of imap accounts.  2 hotmail accounts work fine, imap ones give me error 'outlook cannot synchronise subscribed folders (0x800ccc0e)'.  have 2 other w10 pro machines running same version of office 365 home, neither of have had update yet, , both of these still work normally.  there have been no other changes software (e.g. antivirus).  have picked through account configuration , it's fine.  difference notice on 2 pcs haven't been updated, imap security can set either tls or ssl, specifics in dropdown, while on updated laptop shows "tls/ssl", suggests laptop has different version of outlook (although version number , build seems match on three)?  i've tried various older suggestions resolve issue no avail.  suggestions? cheers, marc. usually if adding imap mail account use

after installing windows update yesterday, outlook keeps getting hung on send/receive folders/synchronizing folders.  can send , receive emails closing program altogether , restarting outlook, @ time folders send/receive 1 time.  have checked updates , none available.  hi lauren213,   since problem occurs after update outlook client, please tell windows update installed. if possible, try uninstalling windows update , check if problem persists.   in addition, please try microsoft support , recovery assistant office 365 , provide result through private message us. also, can try using quick repair repair outlook client.   if problem persists, please let know detailed version of outlook client. navigate file > office account > office updates on outlook client check this. looks version 1609 (build 7369.2127).   also, let know type of account using. we’d check if can reproduce problem on our side , solve

the other day, think inbound email hung, because kept coming inbox, 25 times. eventually, went web mail app , deleted it, , stopped coming in so now, whenever outlook checks mail, get: receiving reported error (0x800ccc90): incoming (pop3) e-mail server has reported internal error. server responded-err message corrupted i have spoken isp , not see on side - googled error code , nothing suggested there has worked. deleted email account outlook , re-entered it, no help this happened out of clear blue - same email account i've used years, no changes of - seems tied 1 individual email inbound. i'd grateful suggestions. after scouring through forum, seems problem may limited devices or software types. using office 365 macbook 12" (2015) model , running on mac os sierra version 10.12.3 (16d32). my powerpoint version is: the problem when type text box or title in powerpoint, text appears slowly. makes difficult type quick , fast , lag irritating.  i tried numerous workarounds here , doesn't work. booting in safe mode closing other applications , removing of startup items, still slow when typing.  the time doesn't work when create new user account on mac , swap new account , opening new powerpoint file, typing returns normal.  i hope ms can resolve issue or @ least pinpoint other causes may be.  hi mark, it seems issue can solved creating new user account. if yes, issue may caused previous user account corrupted. given situation, suggest try steps below see if issue goes away when log mac previous use
