hello all, i'd ask if there way prevent contact object being autocompleted in outlook across entire domain. i have external email address contact object in active directory, similar internal user.  when users type in first 3 characters of email address entered , tabbed, gets autocompleted external email address rather internal one, , result, contact object has been receiving emails intended internal user. that being said, there way can exclude external contact object being autocompleted , searched domainwide? be well, brian hi brian, in outlook, can manage recipients in auto-complete list. please check delete 1 or more suggested recipients in auto-complete list. a feedback on status of issue highly appreciated. although have set reply font normal, font change bold reply text.  also, when copying , pasting 1 section of email another, again randomly, font change arial 12 times new roman 8 pasted text. i suspect situation related , started occur on past month or two. when copying , texting, outlook 2010 set "keep source formatting" should keep source formatting.  occurrence random , when compose multiple emails doing same thing, results seem random. input appreciated. hi, address concern regarding changing font in outlook 2010, let's try set default font , see if helps. steps found on link . let know how goes. we have migrated users exchange online (several months ago), have exchange 2016 server on-prem , use dirsync (one way, domain cloud). machines run window 7 pro /64bit , office 2013 (click run version 15.0.4815.1001). i have user can no longer make appointments in shared calendars. started this morning (monday, jan 9th), working on friday , nothing changed in our environment (unless changes made in exchange online cloud). can see shared calendars , entries, trying add 1 gives error "you don't have permission create entry...".  when logs onto web outlook, can make entries no error.  no other users have reported issue , members of group has editor permission shared calendars. prompted change password morning when first logged on. changed it, restarted computer. checked make sure password sync completed, had close , re-open outlook. did not fix problem. have turned cached mode off, on. have removed office 2013 , re-installed it. nothing makes d

i'm did once earlier version of outlook. i have 3 profiles in outlook 2016. i created 3 shortcuts open outlook specific profile. as example if run shortcut profile number 2 opens outlook profile 2. if run 1 of other shortcuts outlook window opens using same profile first shortcut ran (in case profile2) is there way each outlook window open unique profile? the shortcuts this....
