hello! from today (20/04/17) found when filter unread (shortcut or other way) doesn't show unread messages last 3 days (last message shown monday 14/04 , btw it's read). if sorting status - fine, can find unread messages, it's uncomfortable me. on other devices fine. i tried restart outlook several times - doesn't help. outlook version: 15.33 mac os version: 10.12.4 account type: office 365 (exchange server) hi barry, thank help! i tried different ways: keyboard shortcut, use filter button, tried advanced filter in search tab , result same - old unread mails , 3 read mails. but fine. re-indexed spotlight , helped. outlook version 15.33 (170409). hi-  posting try else experiencing problem ran into. use office365 @ work. have used number of different methods connect email use office365 in browser (chrome) , outlook app on iphone.  in office365 - had 6 old emails stuck in inbox. did not appear in other email clients.  if tried move them or delete them shortly reappear.  the answer - turned off "offline access"  - relaunched app within browser , deleted emails. re-enabled "offline access" - problem solved. hope helps someone. barry Office / Outlook / Other/unknown / Office 365 for business

hi - i'm using "community" pc "office 365" in business environment. same user name , password used many of log onto pc, windows 7. i able use outlook on system. problem when run outlook, of email shows before enter password. password prompt there, if ignore it, can still view of email. can't send/receive email to/from company server. is design user logs pc can view outlook email? if is, won't solution me , have use outlook on personal system.
